Hello Everyone and Welcome!
Today’s writing is a continuation of the Archangel Mini-Series overview. Last week I talked about Archangel Gabriel who is best known as the Angel over Communications and Nurturing. This week I’ll talk about Archangel Raphael who is also a very renowned Archangel.
The name Raphael means “God heals.” Thus, he is widely known as the Healing Angel. He is often portrayed with a caduceus (medical symbol) and works closely with doctors, nurses, dentists, non-traditional healers (e.g., Reiki), and all in the medical and healing communities, along with any individual who asks for his help. When you ask Archangel Raphael to heal whatever is ailing you, the healing is sometimes instantaneous (e.g., getting rid of a headache or some other simple ache) or will often times occur while you’re sleeping. So, you can ask Archangel Raphael to heal you as you sleep and ask that you awaken with no pain. However, for more serious conditions, Archangel Raphael might guide you to the right doctor and/or the right medical procedure that will best help you. Indeed, miraculous healings occur every day, but sometimes we have to live through painful situations as part of our lessons learned and spiritual growth here on Earth. We often reach out to God and the Angels when we are going through a serious illness or experiencing physical pain. This helps to strengthen our faith in God and better appreciate all of the blessings he provides to us. This is not to say we have to be sick for these things to occur, but illness does seem to put our priorities in order and give us a different view on life. One might wonder how Archangel Raphael can help terminally ill people. Well, he helps with pain management, whether it is through Angelic intervention or by guiding the medical professionals to provide the best, possible care. This Angel also heals and comforts pets and all animals. So, please ask Archangel Raphael to take away all the pain your pets might be feeling and to heal them as quickly as possible. I believe that true miracles are only in God’s hands, but God has granted Archangel Raphael with amazing healing powers. So, when illness or pain is on our spiritual path (or our pet’s), then Archangel Raphael will help us, as long as we ask for his intervention.
Archangel Raphael also protects those who are Traveling, whether it is by car, boat, airplane, bicycle, etc. So, he is the one to call upon for protection and guidance with your daily travels to and from work, to the grocery store, to visit family, or whenever and wherever you travel. When you travel far from home on business or vacation, this Angel can ensure you stay healthy before, during, and after your travels, and can help find the best accommodations, good restaurants, and nice people to assist you. This Angel will also watch over everyone with you (your family, friends, business associates) and will watch over your home, loved ones not traveling with you, and even your pets. Archangel Raphael works closely with Archangel Michael to keep you, your loved ones, and your possessions safe and free from harm. So, the “protection” part is kind of a shared responsibility between these two Archangels, while everything else related to smooth and happy travel belongs to Archangel Raphael. So, no matter the mode of transportation or distance, Archangels Raphael and Michael will ensure a safe, happy, and healthy trip, if you ask for their intervention.
Archangel Raphael is known for other areas of expertise, but Healing and smooth Traveling are two of his primary roles. So, please talk with him, work with him, and get connected to his sweet and kind energy. He is waiting to hear from you and ready to help you!
